Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this role will be responsible for strategically tackling the highest leverage business problems at any time. This function ensures the company delivers on organizational objectives in not only an efficient manner but with breakthrough results. This is a full-time position based in NYC. Occasional travel may be required for team events or meetings. The role operates under a hybrid model, with three days per week in our HQ at 60 Madison Ave office required. 

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data-driven insights and business intelligence from across the organization to empower senior leadership in making high-stakes, evidence-based decisions.
  • "Parachute" into any underperforming or complex business area, diagnosing root causes and implementing sustainable, high-impact fixes.
  • Identify and integrate AI and automated workflows into core business processes to drive exponential gains in efficiency and team output.
  • Design and drive organizational structures and tools that optimize resource allocation—people, technology, and capital—ensuring the company scales without friction.
  • Act as a connective tissue between departments, aligning stakeholders to mobilize quickly on the most critical company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Maintain a pulse on external trends, AI advancements, and industry benchmarking to implement "future-proof" business practices.
  • You don’t just hit KPIs; you redefine them by solving complex business problems and delivering results that outperform original projections.
  • You’ve successfully integrated AI-leveraged solutions that significantly reduced manual overhead and accelerated our speed-to-market.
  • You’ve moved the needle on growth by taking a project from vague ideas to sustainable operations ahead of schedule.
  • 5 - 7 years experience, with experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy required; top tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred. 
  • 1 - 2 years of operating experience at hypergrowth start-up. 
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • BA or BS degree, MBA a plus
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Rigor: Ability to deconstruct the most complex, messy problems into manageable pieces and generate actionable insights.
  • AI Competency: You are a power user of AI and automation tools, leveraging them to solve problems and optimize your own output.
  • Communication and Mobilizing Teams: Master communicators who provide clarity and confidence to energize teams and deliver unparalleled results.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Challenge the status quo and think outside of the box to solve problems and break barriers in ways that have never been done before.
  • Grit and Resilience: Maintain strength, command, and optimism in the face of competing priorities and people challenges to get the job done.

The target base salary range for this position is $177,200 - $221,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
