Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated and organized Business Operations Placement Student to join our team. This placement will provide you with hands-on experience in process improvement, project management, data analysis, and more.

• →Assist in analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
• →Support the build out of regional sales strategies utilizing AI, Salesforce and DOMO data.
• →Participate in project management tasks, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for operational analysis.
• →Support the operations team in creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
• →Help in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
• →Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• →Assist in maintaining accurate and organized records related to business operations.

• Enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn about operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior coursework or experience in business operations, project management, or process improvement is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
