Driving information security, third-party risk, and privacy outcomes is a team sport. Behind every certification a Sprinto customer achieves, there's a professional services firm — a VAPT provider, an audit and assurance firm, a vCISO practice, a law firm — that plays a critical role in the outcome. Sprinto is investing in treating these delivery partners as first-class stakeholders in the customer journey, and building this into a structured channel that generates predictable revenue growth for the business.
This is a founding role. You will build the Delivery Partnerships function from the ground up — designing the program, building the partner portfolio, and establishing how Sprinto engages with the professional services ecosystem at scale. You will have the mandate, the internal support, and the greenfield opportunity to define what this function becomes.
Build multi-year partnership plans that improve customer outcomes and generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, while applying appropriate independence and conflict-of-interest safeguards for each partner type Drive alliance operational rigor and business review governance with Sprinto and partner senior leaders to ensure accountability against shared commercial targets.

Lead cross-functional engagement across Sprinto's sales, customer experience, and product teams to expand partner-driven pipeline and deliver consistent partner-led customer outcomes
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with Practice Leaders, Managing Directors, and senior practitioners across the delivery partner ecosystem
Establish and govern joint go-to-market initiatives, enablement programs, and co-marketing plans with delivery partners, ensuring clear milestones, progress tracking, and executive sponsorship
Manage commercial and operational alignment between Sprinto's internal teams and delivery partners to resolve conflicts, accelerate deal velocity, and drive new logo and revenue growth
Identify and develop new use cases and joint solutions with key delivery partners that expand Sprinto's addressable market across compliance frameworks and customer segments
Build and maintain a coverage-mapped portfolio of delivery partners across all major compliance verticals and customer segments.
Ensure quality standards, relevant professional accreditation requirements, and program health are consistently met, and proactively scaling the partner bench ahead of customer demand so that Sprinto's growth is never constrained by partner availability, capacity, or economics at any segment
Establish and enforce partner-governance standards covering professional independence, conflicts of interest, referral transparency, evidence integrity, customer choice and escalation of quality concerns
Requirements
~3 min readEstablished relationships within the professional services community — spanning audit and assurance firms, security advisory practices, VAPT providers, vCISO practices, and compliance law firms
Track record of consistent quota attainment and over-achievement in a partnerships, alliance, or commercial capacity
Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed commercial targets
Ability to engage directly in joint sales pursuits and facilitate co-sell engagement across a distributed internal team
Background in partner alliance management within a SaaS or cloud company, with demonstrable experience managing and growing multi-year partner relationships
Experience developing compelling joint GTM value propositions and executing structured, multi-year partner business plans
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive joint outcomes and manage competing priorities
Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to both executive and operational audiences, internally and externally
8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles, with meaningful time spent in GRC, compliance, security, or audit-adjacent domains
Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with senior practitioners at professional services firms — you earn credibility in the room independently
A track record of building partner programs or alliance functions, not just inheriting and maintaining them
Multi-year track record of driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in a SaaS environment, with demonstrable commercial outcomes
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally across complex, multi-party commercial environments
Experience with AI-powered tools and workflows, with the ability to apply AI to partnership management, commercial decision-making, or operational efficiency
A self-starter orientation — you thrive in greenfield environments, build structure where none exists, and are motivated by outcomes rather than process
Experience building and managing a tiered partner ecosystem across multiple customer segments — including identifying, qualifying, and onboarding net-new partners to maintain depth of coverage as the business scales
