Responsibilities

  • Cookie & Consent Management
    • Maintain our cookie consent management platform (CMP), ensuring banners, categories, and consent records are accurate and up to date
    • Conduct periodic cookie audits to identify new or changed cookies and update the CMP accordingly
    • Monitor for compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CIPA,ePrivacy, etc.)
  • Data Subject Rights (DSAR/DROP)
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming Data Subject Access Requests and deletion/opt-out requests that come through our CMP
    • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, customer support) to locate, compile, and deliver responsive data
    • Flag edge cases, legal holds, or high-risk requests for escalation
    • Process DROP requests within the required 45-day timeframe, ensuring deletion is completed across all relevant data systems
    • Maintain documentation and audit trails of DROP request fulfillment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or a related role
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks
  • Experience with CMP platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Osano, Cookiebot) and/or DSAR management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and communicate proactively with stakeholders
