The Program Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing inspection requests, scheduling appropriate inspectors based on location, qualifications, and client-specific requirements. This role requires high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They will ensure all inspection activities are efficiently scheduled, executed, and completed.
 
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
Hybrid Role – Working onsite several days a week at SQA Services HQ in Palos Verdes Estates
Type: Full time, permanent with benefits
  • Receive and process inspection requests via various channels
  • Assign inspectors based on location, qualifications, and client-specific requirements
  • Schedule travel for inspectors, when needed
  • Ensure all inspection activities are scheduled promptly and accurately
  • Address any immediate inspection issues that arise
  • Ensure inspections are completed as planned
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with SQA HQ, inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all scheduling information is accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties
  • Ensure inspection status, including inspections not completed as planned, are communicated to stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the aerospace or related manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Experience with and knowledge of aerospace-related parts manufacturing and quality requirements is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using scheduling and project management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
