We're seeking a motivated Intern Embedded C/C++ Engineer who is passionate about building robust hardware devices. In this role, you will work alongside experienced software developers, gaining practical, hands-on experience with embedded C++, debugging, and software optimization. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of connectivity, power budgeting, data protocols, RTOS, security standards, and product reliability.
Responsibilities

- →Learn to navigate and understand the existing codebase efficiently.
- →Gain a deep understanding of subsystem operations and their interconnections.
- →Participate in technical discussions, team meetings, and code reviews.
- →Support code validation on hardware, assist with data mining, investigate technical issues, and prepare documentation.
- →Maintain proactive communication with colleagues while solving technical challenges.
- →Learn to complete tasks independently over time and respond promptly to constructive feedback.
- →Collaborate closely with QA teams to investigate and resolve firmware-related issues, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Basic practical experience in embedded development using C/C++ for microcontroller-based devices.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Fundamental knowledge of microcontroller architecture.
- Experience in programming hardware data interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Familiarity with build automation tools (Makefile, CMake).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (PHY (Wi-Fi, Ethernet) and upper OSI layers).
- Conceptual understanding of power budgeting for battery-operated devices.
- Good data analysis, logical reasoning, and troubleshooting skills.
- At least an Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B1).
Nice to Have

- Experience with software testing (unit, integration, and system testing).
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering, reading schematics, or PCB layouts.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation.
