Responsibilities
~1 min readYou’ll be focused on building relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders across SaaS and Cybersecurity companies, helping them solve real hiring challenges through contract talent.
You won’t be doing it alone, you’ll be partnered with a strong recruiting team, but you will own the front end of the business and your results.
We’re clear and transparent about expectations because that’s how people succeed here:
First 4–6 weeks:
Build pipeline through consistent outreach
Run 8–10 client meetings per week
Open 2–4 job orders
Land your first contractor by Week 4
Build toward 1+ contractor on billing every week
Maintain strong activity and consistent deal flow
Start to develop repeat clients and ongoing revenue
Self-motivator but wants to be part of a real team
Likes the idea of building something, not just maintaining it
Wants their income to reflect their effort
Can handle accountability—but also brings energy, warmth, and personality into their work
You’re not starting from scratch, we have a brand, relationships, delivery engine, and AI-enabled tools
