The focus is on transforming business and operational processes, expanding digital passenger reach, and improving customer experience through solutions design, development, and integrations while enhancing airline IT domain knowledge. Award-winning SriLankan IT team is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager. The individual is responsible for Create and executing a Business Intelligence strategy to transform the airline into an information driven organization. Initiate a cohesive decision-making atmosphere from the strategic level to the tactical levels by establishing a management information and analytics solution that integrates across business verticals. Empower the users with self-service BI solutions and originate next level of airline insights incorporating big-data processing, predictive analytics and the latest technologies. Manage the BI technical roadmap with the internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate insights to key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Liaise with business stakeholders to drive out solid dashboard and reporting requirements at various levels within the airline to assist with strategic decisions in line with operational goals for growth. Work with the business stakeholders to ensure that new reports and dashboards are correctly defined, meet the product and business requirements and deliver business benefits to meet KPI timescales and delivery targets. Work with vendors, architects and other IT stakeholders to increase the scope of data and enhance the overall technical capability. Prioritize requirements to ensure that the roadmap of delivery provides maximum strategic value to the business. Create and manage a plan for the delivery of requirements by keeping relevant stakeholders informed about all relevant issues and developments, making recommendations for improvements and are communicated effectively across the organization. Ensure that all developments are done in keeping with Industry best practices whilst at the same time effectively managing the demand, priorities and expectations of the stakeholders. Regularly report on the status of business and operations, to senior stakeholders within the business. Carry out timely management performance of staff in assessing their performance and identifying training and development needs leading towards enhanced performance of the individuals resulting in increased organizational productivity and ensuring industrial harmony. Requirements Bachelor's Degree* with at least 04 years post qualifying work experience at Executive level out of which at least 02 years at Senior Executive Level with industry certification from a Professional Body on relevant competency. (*Engineering, Computer Science, General Science with Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Applied Statistics etc.) OR Full professional qualification equivalent to a degree with 05 years’ experience out of which 02 years in Senior Executive level in a relevant discipline.
