2–4 years of accounting experience in Mexico, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
Hands-on experience with accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Experience reviewing and processing invoices and ensuring proper documentation and payment follow-up.

Proficiency in CONTPAQi / CompaQ accounting software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and financial data.
Working knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, particularly:
- VAT (IVA)
- Income Tax (ISR)
- General Mexican tax compliance and reporting obligations.
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and IMSS requirements.

Fluent or advanced English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of pending tasks and payments.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with internal teams.
