long story short: we are a marketing agency that happens to sell clothes but in case you like reading: as we’re not the billion dollar company (yet!!!!) that wants to spend 100K on a fancy -BS-agency that comes up with an 84-slide deck. there’s many words to describe what we’re doing, but we’ve summed it up in a few: playful, interactive, unpredictable, energetic, vibrant, funny, humble, WTF, suspiciousness, nonchalant, different, offline & on top. if you resonate with any of these, you’re on the right spot. 😉

As a Store Associate at our store in Amsterdam, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and friendly character will ensure our customers leave with a positive impression of our brand. From a brand and service perspective, we see our store as a beautiful extension of our webshop, which we have been running with love for the past seven years.

  Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers.

  Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out.

  Assist in organizing in-store events.

  Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions.

  Support the store team in achieving sales targets.

  Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.

• Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand.

• Based in Amsterdam.

• Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality.

• Willingness to work on weekends.

• Customer and service-oriented mindset.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
