We're looking for a creative storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that break through the noise in the fintech space. As our Creative Writer/Director, you'll be the strategic creative mind behind our content-driven growth engine, working closely with the Growth and video production team to transform ideas into viral moments and meaningful user connections.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative content strategies that position Stable Money as a thought leader in the fintech space, identifying trends and opportunities for brand storytelling
* Write compelling long-form video scripts that educate, entertain, and convert viewers into users, balancing information density with entertainment value
* Create viral short-form content concepts that capture attention in 15-60 seconds, understanding platform-specific nuances across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
* Conceptualize clutter-breaking graphics, infographics, and visual storytelling elements that simplify complex financial concepts
* Oversee the entire creative execution process, collaborating with the Gen AI Video Editor to ensure your vision translates seamlessly from script to screen
* Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data, continuously refining our content formula for maximum user acquisition impact
* Stay ahead of content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep our content strategy cutting-edge
* Build and maintain brand voice guidelines that ensure consistency across all content touchpoints while allowing for creative experimentation
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats, from long-form educational content to punchy viral scripts
* 3-5 years of experience in content creation, in high-growth startups ( fintech experience not mandatory)
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and what makes content shareable and engaging
* Strong creative direction skills with the ability to communicate vision clearly to production teams
* Ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, relatable narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform creative decisions
* Self-starter mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
* Experience with personal finance or fintech brands
* Background in advertising, brand storytelling, or content marketing agenciesKnowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices
* Understanding of AI tools and how they can enhance creative workflows
* Experience building and scaling content programs from the ground up
