Stable-Alpha aims to build India's most trusted wealth tech platform, focusing on fixed-income investments. We're here to offer tailored solutions to retail investors that maximize and generate predictable returns, coupled with a sacrosanct focus on risk reduction. The household financial assets in India are overwhelmingly dominated by fixed-income instruments and are typically low-yielding, tax-inefficient products. Alternate fixed-income products are nuanced and often complex, which presents an opportunity for a platform like ours to simplify fixed-income investing for the end user through discoverability, demystification, and analytics-driven custom fixed-income portfolios. 

The tailwinds of a rising interest rate environment and a choppy stock market make this a great time for a platform like ours to be launched into the market. We are an early-stage startup and have just closed our seed round with two of the biggest VCs co-leading the round. 

• It's a 5-day in-office internship in Bengaluru.
• The duration of the internship is 6 months.

1. Sound knowledge and application of data structures and algorithms.

2. Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and SQL.

3. Able to efficiently diagnose bugs and issues.

4. Understanding of when to escalate questions/issues that arise during development.

5. Work with other developers and business staff to efficiently launch features and resolve issues.

6. Actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes.

7. A willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and get things done.

8. Opportunity to provide input on how we can continually improve our development process and knowledge.

9. Opportunity to contribute to establishing better engineering practices.

10. Love being challenged by learning and experimenting with new technologies.

11. Prior internship experience would be a plus.
