We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Secretarial and Compliance team and support the Group's corporate governance and regulatory compliance functions.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, journals, and ledger hygiene
- →Own monthly and annual book closures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
Accounts Receivable & Collections
- →Track outstanding invoices and customer ageing to support healthy cash flow
- →Follow up with customers professionally to ensure timely collections
Accounts Payable
- →Verify vendor invoices and expense claims for accuracy and completeness
- →Manage approval workflows and process payments on time
- →Maintain accurate accounting treatment and supporting documentation
Bank & Payment Reconciliations
- →Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways
Compliance & Filings
- →Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- →Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation
- →Coordinate with external CAs and auditors during audits and filings
Controls & Process Discipline
- →Follow and reinforce financial processes and internal controls
- →Maintain audit-ready documentation across all workflows
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS statutory compliance in India
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a high sense of ownership and accountability
