Responsibilities

→ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. 📘
→ Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting. 💳
→ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 📊
→ Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.). 🧾
→ Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. 🇺🇸
→ Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting. 💻
→ Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed. 🔍
→ Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. 📈
→ Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. 📞
