As a Cyber Security Engagement Director, You Will: Build trusted executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and senior business stakeholders to align cyber security initiatives with enterprise strategy, risk appetite, and business priorities. Lead executive discussions that connect cyber security investments to measurable business outcomes such as resilience, compliance, operational continuity, productivity, and risk reduction. Drive growth across cyber security services through strategic account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline development, deal shaping, renewals, and expansion initiatives. Own commercial outcomes including revenue growth, forecast accuracy, margin management, and value realization through governance and executive reporting. Position comprehensive cyber security service portfolios across advisory, implementation, and managed security services environments. Collaborate with customer cyber security leadership teams including CISO organizations, security architects, and domain heads to develop tailored security transformation strategies. Lead large-scale cyber security engagements across implementation, transition, delivery, and steady-state operations within distributed and multi-tower delivery models. Establish strong governance frameworks covering executive reviews, escalations, risk management, dependencies, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive engagement success by coordinating cross-functional SMEs and aligning security capabilities to measurable KPIs and business priorities. Ensure operational credibility through practical application of enterprise cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, COBIT, and ITIL-aligned service management practices. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience driving growth and managing cyber security services engagements within enterprise environments. Proven expertise in managed security services, consulting, cyber transformation, and integration programs. Strong experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and senior leadership teams. Demonstrated success owning and managing large-scale cyber security engagements with strong governance and escalation management capabilities. Broad understanding across cyber security domains including IAM, IGA, PAM, vulnerability management, security operations, network security, information protection, cryptographic key management, ISO implementations, and security architecture. Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, account expansion, and strategic portfolio positioning. Expertise in enterprise-grade cyber security governance frameworks and operational best practices. Exceptional communication, executive presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing complex, distributed delivery environments. You Should Possess the Ability To: Align cyber security programs with strategic business objectives and enterprise transformation initiatives. Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor for cyber security services. Identify growth opportunities, shape strategic deals, and drive successful engagement outcomes. Lead complex cyber security implementations and managed service operations with predictable delivery excellence. Drive governance, operational discipline, and continuous service improvement across engagements. Translate technical cyber security capabilities into business-focused value propositions and measurable outcomes.
