As a SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect, You Will: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Define IAM strategy, governance models, and roadmap initiatives aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements. Design and implement provisioning, certification, RBAC, access governance, and workflow solutions within SailPoint IIQ environments. Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems including Active Directory, SAP, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and third-party platforms. Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance for SailPoint customization, deployments, and platform optimization initiatives. Lead security, compliance, and governance initiatives supporting frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and enterprise audit requirements. Develop and optimize IAM workflows, lifecycle management processes, and access governance controls. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM, integration, and access management challenges across enterprise environments. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions. Support enterprise transformation initiatives involving identity governance, cloud IAM, and security modernization. Prepare architecture documentation, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to identity governance, automation, and operational efficiency. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts including RBAC, ABAC, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle management. Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IIQ architectures and enterprise IAM solutions. Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, SAP, LDAP, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, and enterprise integration frameworks. Experience with SailPoint customization, workflow development, and platform configuration. Strong programming and scripting skills including Java, BeanShell, and SQL. Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with cloud IAM technologies including Azure AD and AWS IAM is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM transformation and security modernization initiatives. You Should Possess the Ability To: Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade IAM architectures. Lead identity governance and access management transformation initiatives effectively. Translate complex security and business requirements into robust SailPoint IIQ solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IAM and integration challenges efficiently. Collaborate effectively with security teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. Drive automation, governance, and operational excellence across IAM environments. Support enterprise compliance, audit readiness, and security best practices.
