Salesforce Developer (ID:3472)

As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Design, develop, and configure solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, with a strong focus on the Lightning Platform. Build and manage Flows, Approval Processes, and declarative automation to meet business requirements. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployments. Set up and manage Salesforce environments, including development, testing, and production. Ensure adherence to security standards, QA processes, and best practices within Salesforce. Design and implement integrations using standard Salesforce integration patterns. Develop and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce DX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SCRUM) environment. Support DevOps and release management activities using tools such as AutoRABIT. Work with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, for integration or supporting services. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of overall experience as a Salesforce Developer or in Salesforce-based implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning platform, including flows and approval processes. Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps practices. Solid knowledge of Salesforce environment setup, configuration, and release management. Good understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and QA processes. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and external system integrations. Working knowledge of Salesforce DX and Lightning Web Components. Exposure to Microsoft Azure platform in enterprise environments. Good-to-have experience with Apex tooling, Salesforce Shield, and AutoRABIT. You should possess the ability to: Work independently with a mature, reliable, and responsible approach. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Follow Agile principles and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies. Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable Salesforce implementations.
