As a Salesforce nCino Developer, you will: Design, develop, and implement robust nCino and Salesforce applications. Configure and customize Salesforce and nCino solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce technologies including LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (XML/JSON). Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Utilize deployment and version control tools such as CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab. Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years of hands-on nCino Development experience. Strong experience working with Salesforce platform and its modules. Expertise in nCino capabilities, configurations, and functionalities. Experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Visual Flow, and Process Builder. Hands-on experience with nCino UI Framework. Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning, jQuery, and AJAX. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON integrations. Proficiency in deployment tools and practices including CLI, CI/CD, and GitLab. Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop high-quality nCino and Salesforce applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Work collaboratively within Agile teams and across multiple stakeholders. Manage integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems. Follow development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes. Adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
