As a Senior Collibra Developer, you will: Design, develop, and customize enterprise data governance solutions using the Collibra platform Develop and maintain Collibra workflows using Groovy scripting to automate governance processes Configure and enhance workflow management solutions to support enterprise data governance initiatives Build and maintain integrations between Collibra and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, SailPoint, and other business applications using APIs Develop scalable automation solutions to improve metadata management, governance workflows, and operational efficiency Collaborate with data governance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Configure and optimize Collibra assets, workflows, and governance processes to improve data quality and compliance Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize platform performance, and implement continuous improvements Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices while supporting Agile delivery methodologies What You Bring to the Table: 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development with strong expertise in Collibra Hands-on experience developing and customizing Collibra workflows using Groovy scripting Strong experience with Workflow Management within the Collibra platform Experience integrating Collibra with enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services Hands-on integration experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, SailPoint, or similar enterprise applications Knowledge of Collibra Data Governance capabilities is an advantage Experience with metadata management, data governance, and enterprise data management principles Familiarity with alternative data governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview or Atakama is beneficial Experience working within Agile development environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities You Should Possess the Ability To: Design and develop scalable data governance solutions using the Collibra platform Build robust workflow automation and API integrations across enterprise systems Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions that support governance initiatives Troubleshoot and optimize enterprise data governance applications Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments Deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions while following development best practices Drive continuous improvement in workflow automation, platform performance, and governance processes What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale data governance and metadata management initiatives Exposure to modern data governance platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations Collaborative Agile environment working alongside data governance specialists and engineering teams Opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and enterprise data management programs Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth through challenging enterprise technology projects Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
