As a Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant, You Will: Lead SAP FICO solution design, configuration, implementation, and support activities across enterprise environments. Manage end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes while ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives. Configure and support Financial Accounting (FI) modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cash and Bank Accounting, and Dunning processes. Support period-end and year-end closing activities, journal uploads, payment processing, settlements, and financial reconciliations. Design and maintain Controlling (CO) processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA). Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions in accordance with business requirements and industry best practices. Manage master data structures including Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Banks, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Customers, Vendors, and Business Partners. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive successful project delivery. Support financial reporting, consolidation processes, and management reporting requirements. Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules including SD, MM, CO, IM, PS, PP, and PM. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and defect resolution activities. Lead workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives. Support project management activities, change requests, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process governance standards. What You Bring to the Table: 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant in enterprise SAP environments. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules. Extensive experience configuring and supporting Financial Accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cash and Bank Accounting, and Dunning. Strong knowledge of Controlling processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA. Experience supporting period-end closing, reconciliation, settlement, and financial reporting activities. Hands-on experience with SAP master data configuration and management. Strong understanding of cross-functional integrations between SAP FICO and modules such as SD, MM, IM, PS, PP, and PM. Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, pricing, and credit management processes. Strong configuration and customization expertise across SAP FICO functionalities. Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and support project delivery activities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working within large-scale SAP transformation and support environments. Lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives effectively. Analyze complex business processes and translate them into SAP functional solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO functional issues. Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial governance, audit, and reporting requirements.
