Senior Test Automation Lead (ID: 3740)

As a Senior Test Automation Lead, you will: Lead end-to-end automation testing strategies for large-scale enterprise applications. Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium. Build and maintain automated test scripts for Web, Mobile, and API testing. Manage regression suites and integrate automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven. Perform REST API testing, SQL validation, and web services testing (REST/SOAP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments. Track defects, coordinate testing activities, and ensure timely delivery. Mentor junior team members and support automation best practices. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience leading automation framework development. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Java, and/or JavaScript. Experience with Jenkins, Maven, qTest, and CI/CD practices. Good knowledge of REST API testing, SQL validation, and automation scripting. Exposure to Azure Cloud and Agile DevOps environments. Experience working in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. You should possess the ability to: Lead automation testing activities across multiple projects and teams. Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch. Manage defects, testing schedules, and quality deliverables effectively. Communicate risks and project concerns proactively to stakeholders. Mentor team members and collaborate across technical and business teams. Adapt quickly in fast-paced Agile environments.
