ServiceNow HRSD Developer (ID:3489)

As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) suite. Configure and enhance HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Document Management modules. Develop and maintain HR process automation including onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and document workflows. Build and customize ServiceNow components such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Integrate HRSD solutions with internal and external enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Perform testing, deployment, and support activities ensuring high-quality deliverables. Contribute to platform best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development. Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD modules. Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management. Experience in HR system integrations and automation of HR business processes. Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and development best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments. You Should Possess the Ability to: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional configurations. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks and deliver solutions within timelines.
