As a Teamcenter Active Workspace Lead, You Will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace solutions for enterprise PLM environments. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solution documentation. Design and develop user experiences using the Active Workspace Declarative UI framework including JSON-based view models and HTML templates. Configure and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace components aligned with enterprise PLM requirements. Develop and maintain BMIDE data models including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and related configurations. Ensure alignment between Teamcenter data modeling and Active Workspace user experience requirements. Manage deployment activities, environment configurations, and release processes using Deployment Center. Support environment management, solution optimization, and operational stability across Teamcenter platforms. Collaborate with business process analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance during solution implementation and enhancement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Teamcenter and Active Workspace technical issues. Support system governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within PLM environments. Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and enterprise solution planning activities. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter and enterprise PLM solutions. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience focused on Active Workspace implementations. Strong expertise in Teamcenter Active Workspace Declarative UI framework including JSON-based view models and HTML templates. Advanced knowledge of BMIDE including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and enterprise data modeling practices. Strong experience with Deployment Center and Teamcenter environment management activities. Proven ability to create detailed technical design documentation from business and functional requirements. Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, customization, deployment, and PLM best practices. Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Teamcenter and Active Workspace environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively between business process analysts and technical implementation teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities.
