As a Teamcenter Active Workspace Lead, you will: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) solutions for enterprise PLM environments. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures. Develop and maintain Active Workspace configurations using the Declarative UI framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates. Drive Teamcenter data modeling activities using BMIDE to support business processes and optimize user experience. Manage deployment activities, environment configurations, and release processes using Deployment Center. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of Teamcenter solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Active Workspace best practices, architecture standards, and implementation strategies. Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Teamcenter environments. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of overall experience with Siemens Teamcenter solutions. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC). Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates. Advanced knowledge of BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and data model customization. Experience creating technical design documentation from business and functional requirements. Strong understanding of Teamcenter deployment methodologies and environment management. Hands-on experience with Deployment Center and release management processes. Solid understanding of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Lead end-to-end Active Workspace implementation and enhancement projects. Design scalable and maintainable Teamcenter solutions aligned with business objectives. Translate complex requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. Configure and customize Active Workspace user interfaces and business processes. Develop and manage Teamcenter data models using BMIDE best practices. Coordinate deployments, environment management, and release activities across multiple environments. Act as a bridge between business process analysts and technical implementation teams. Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development and support teams. Identify opportunities for process optimization and user experience improvements within Teamcenter environments.
