As a TIBCO Integration Architect, you will: Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO BPM platforms. Build and maintain integration workflows, services, and business process solutions using TIBCO technologies. Design and implement SOA/ESB-based architectures to enable seamless system integration across enterprise platforms. Develop and manage file transfers, messaging solutions, and service integrations. Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions, including Splunk dashboards. Support migration and transformation initiatives, including decommissioning legacy flows and building new integrations. Work with web services (SOAP/REST) and data formats such as XML and JSON for system integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including performance, memory, and thread-related problems. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery models. Support infrastructure-related activities across Linux and Windows environments. What You Bring to the Table: Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO AMX BPM / BPME platforms. Proven expertise in enterprise application integration, SOA, and ESB architectures. Experience working with web services (SOAP/REST) and data formats such as XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and JSON. Solid programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with TIBCO messaging technologies such as EMS, FTL, or related tools. Familiarity with tools such as Splunk for monitoring, logging, and dashboard configuration. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile Scrum methodologies. Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in enterprise integration environments. Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions. You Should Possess the Ability to: Design and implement robust enterprise integration architectures. Analyze complex system integration challenges and provide efficient technical solutions. Work across multiple technologies and platforms within integration ecosystems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues effectively. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
