We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and clear financial storytelling to support data driven decision making. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys translating complex data into practical insights, and is motivated by improving both outcomes and processes. 

As a Senior Financial Analyst on our team, you will own key forecasting, reporting, and analytical responsibilities while leveraging modern analytics tools, including Power BI and AI enabled workflows, to enhance insight, efficiency, and decision quality. 

Business Partnership & Insights 

  • Act as a primary FP&A partner to assigned programs, initiatives, or business units. 
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders by delivering timely, accurate, and relevant financial insights. 
  • Translate financial data into clear narratives that support leadership decision-making. 
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends. 
  • Forecasting & Planning 

  • Own monthly and rolling forecasts, including variance analysis vs. plan and prior periods. 
  • Partner with business leads to understand assumptions, timing, and drivers behind forecast changes. 
  • Support annual planning and long-range modeling efforts. 
  • Ensure forecasts reflect both strategic intent and operational reality. 
  • Reporting, Visualization & Advanced Analytics 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that surface key drivers, trends, and risks for leadership. 
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented financial reporting for varying audiences. 
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic tradeoffs. 
  • Use AI tools and automation (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted analysis, anomaly detection, forecasting support) to accelerate analysis, improve accuracy, and reduce manual effort. 
  • Process Improvement & Data Integrity 

  • Actively identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and reporting using Power BI, Excel automation, and AI-enabled workflows. 
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across financial systems. 
  • Partner with accounting and compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies and reporting standards. 
  • Contribute to the documentation and standardization of FP&A processes. 
  •  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Corporate FP&A with proficiency in financial reporting and analysis and familiarity with US GAAP required 
  • High degree of attention to detail and organization 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, power user of Excel & Power BI
  • Familiarity with systems such as Sage, Concur, Salesforce, Adaptive 
  • Financial statement familiarity and acumen 
  • Advanced analytical experience and ability to assess alternatives 
  • Hands on experience with data and spreadsheets 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business preferred, but not required
