Own the technical health and production reliability of a portfolio of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations, helping ensure business continuity and a strong employee experience.
Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows connecting enterprise applications, internal services, and third-party platforms.
Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop automation solutions that reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and enable teams to focus on higher-value activities.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, uncover root problems, and translate requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers and provide technical escalation support when needed.
Lead or support root-cause analysis for production incidents and identify durable improvements that reduce recurring issues.
Support application releases and production deployments, including testing, validation, change coordination, and post-release stabilization.
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, data flows, dependencies, configuration decisions, and technical standards.
Apply sound incident, problem, and change management practices using IT service management tools and processes.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and other technology teams to design solutions that work effectively across the broader enterprise ecosystem.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation capabilities, and identify practical opportunities to improve business processes and technology operations.
Manage multiple priorities and workstreams while adapting to evolving business needs.
3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise applications, systems engineering, IT consulting, technical support, business systems analysis, or a related technical role.
Experience taking meaningful technical ownership of business-critical applications or technology solutions in a production environment.
Hands-on experience designing or supporting system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP, or similar integration methods.
Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to query and troubleshoot data using common operations such as SELECT, WHERE, and JOIN.
Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience troubleshooting issues across interconnected applications, integrations, and data flows.
Familiarity with incident, problem, release, and change management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to move from a business problem to an effective technical solution.
A natural inclination toward automation — when you see repetitive manual work, you look for a better way to solve it.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.

Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as ERP, HCM, CRM, work management, or workflow automation systems.
Experience with HR, finance, accounting, or operational business applications and the processes they enable.
Knowledge of ETL and data pipeline concepts and experience with integration, iPaaS, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.
Experience applying AI or large language models to automate workflows, improve documentation, accelerate troubleshooting, or enhance business processes.
Foundational knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud computing principles.
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, or similar enterprise technologies.
Relevant technical or platform certifications, such as AWS or Salesforce certifications.
