Overview: The Operations SME serves as a project manager overseeing large‑scale operational activities supporting a federal EHRM program. This role drives organizational improvement, enables senior‑level decision‑making, and ensures high‑quality deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage major operational initiatives and cross‑program activities supporting client leadership.
• Conduct detailed problem solving and apply critical‑thinking skills to streamline processes and improve performance.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level briefings for high level leaders to support strategy and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business lines to collect information and drive integrated execution.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality across all deliverables and reporting products.
• Support leadership priorities and respond to time‑sensitive tasks requiring rapid turnaround.
