This role combines both commercial and coaching responsibilities. As our new Assistant Team Lead, you will work closely with the Lead of the Private Landlords division to support daily operations, performance management, and client portfolio oversight. In this role, you will contribute to operational coordination, employee development, and the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead stand-ups and synchronization meetings.
- Organize and distribute tasks within the team.
- Keep up with the schedule and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Prepare weekly meeting materials and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
- Support the onboarding, integration, and guidance of new employees and seasonal staff.
- Act as a role model for best practices (working hours, processes, company values, service quality).
- Provide clear, regular, and constructive feedback.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, analyze gaps, and raise alerts in case of deviations.
- Identify and suggest optimizations (scripts, processes, organization).
- Contribute to handling delicate or sensitive situations (B2B or end users).
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio and ensure operational follow-up.
- Guarantee client satisfaction and carry out necessary follow-ups.
- Identify growth opportunities as well as potential risks.
You will be joining the Sales Propriétaires team within Studapart. As part of the Sales department, and more specifically the team responsible for Private Landlords, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative group focused on supporting landlords, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality service throughout the rental journey.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales / Account Management
- Customer Relations / Customer Success
- Operational Management / Team Coordination
- Team Facilitation or Small Team Supervision
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity
- Ability to handle sensitive situations
- Results-driven with a strong customer satisfaction focus
- English preferred
- Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary range is €38K - €40K gross per year (bonus included).
- Position based in our Cergy office.
- Contract type: CDI - ETAM.
