IT Development & Infrastructure Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist with infrastructure management including cloud environments, network security, and access controls aligned to ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates. Participate in vulnerability scanning, patch management, and incident documentation following compliance protocols. Support automation and DevOps activities to improve deployment efficiency and stability. Develop backend components and APIs primarily using Java and Node.js frameworks; maintain and optimize DBMS instances for high availability and security. Conduct code reviews and contribute to secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities. Help maintain and document audit trails, logs, and change controls for regulatory readiness. Collaborate with compliance teams to embed controls related to AML, KYC, and data privacy in technical workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while adhering to security and compliance policies. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in software development and infrastructure support preferably in fin-tech or regulated financial services. Skills: Proficient in Java and Node.js development; familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. Experience managing relational and NoSQL DBMS systems. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration. Awareness of IT security principles, compliance frameworks, and secure development lifecycle. Good communication, documentation skills, and a proactive learning attitude.
