Caregiver(NOC Shift) Every Other Weekend - Senior Living Community - Plymouth

Assisted Living & Memory Care

• Paid Training: All new team members complete a 4-day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center

• Ongoing support and development from experienced leadership

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• →Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• →Support mobility and transfers within the facility

• →Help with medication administration (training provided)

• →Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation

• →Light housekeeping and meal assistance

• →Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team

• →Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required

• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)

• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• NOC Shift- 10PM-6AM, Part Time-Every Other Weekend

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
