Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner;
- →Assist customers with product selection and usage, including guidance on key product features and functions;
- →Troubleshoot technical issues, including calibration problems and Wi-Fi connectivity;
- →Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses;
- →Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience;
- →Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Excellent English communication skills;
- Experience in customer support for at least 1 year;
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
