Right now, every company on earth is racing to put AI agents to work. The agents can talk. They can reason. But the moment one needs to actually do something inside a real web app, log into a portal, push a refund through, complete a form, the whole thing falls apart. The agent has a brain and a voice and no hands.

Responsibilities

  • Own Webfuse pipeline end to end, mixing your own outbound hunting with co-sell motions through major CX and AI voice/chat players NICE, Cognigy, 11Labs and the wider contact center ecosystem.

  • Run discovery and demos that are technically real, not hand-wavy. You'll explain how Webfuse executes inside live web apps and where it slots into an AI contact center stack

  • Get into the room with the people who matter: business buyers, IT, and the solutions architects who will pressure-test you

  • Turn partner relationships into closed revenue, not just friendly intros

  • Juggle multiple enterprise deals at once and move each one forward with intent

  • Pull in sales engineering, ops, legal, finance, and CS to close clean and hand over right

  • Take everything you learn in the field and feed it straight back into the product story, the ICP, and the demo. In a founding role, what you hear on calls shapes what we build

  • Build your own voice on LinkedIn and in the agentic CX conversation. We want you visible

  • Keep the CRM honest so the forecast means something

3+ years closing SaaS or enterprise software as an AE, with the track record and references to prove it
Deeply, relentlessly curious. You take products apart to see how they tick, and new AI tech excites you instead of scaring you
Technically credible. You can hold your own with IT buyers and solutions architects and run a real demo without a sales engineer holding your hand for every question
Comfortable selling with partners, not just cold and alone. Co-sell is a big part of how Webfuse wins
Working knowledge of the contact center and conversational AI world (NICE, Genesys, Cognigy, Amazon Connect, and the new wave of agentic players) is a strong plus
Background selling into insurance, financial services, or healthcare is a plus
A genuine self-starter who is energized, not paralyzed, by a blank page
A sharp communicator who gets things done and would rather build a category than babysit a mature one
Based in in or around Amsterdam. On-site/hybrid. No relocation offered
