Are you obsessed with creator culture, social media trends, and spotting creators before they blow up? Do you enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals, and turning creative ideas into high-performing partnerships? If so, you might fit right into our Creator Partnerships team!

Here, you'll dive into the fast-moving world of global creators and creator-led marketing. We work with creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and many more, from rising talent to some of the biggest names online.

You'll get the chance to work across a portfolio of global brands like Surfshark, Incogni, HeyPolo, Saily, each with different audiences, strategies, and creative approaches. Big campaigns, performance-driven thinking, plenty of room to experiment, and even more room to grow, what could be better than that?

  • Proactively source and identify top-performing content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms;

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting and utilize influencer databases to find creators within specific niches;

  • Assess influencers’ credibility, brand safety, and reputation to identify any potential risks before outreach;

  • Analyze creator statistics, audience demographics, and performance metrics to qualify leads and forecast partnership value;

  • Craft compelling cold outreach messages and A/B test email campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates;

  • Manage and organize a healthy, active pipeline of qualified leads to pass on to the account management team;

  • Continuously refine influencer search methods and outreach techniques to enhance the quality and volume of incoming leads.

  • Experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar outreach-heavy role;

  • Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or the creator economy;

  • Excellent written communication with a knack for crafting highly converting cold outreach emails;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly evaluate data, spot trends, and qualify leads;

  • Expertise in navigating various social media platforms, primarily YouTube (familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc. would be advantageous);

  • Highly organized, fast-paced mindset, and a result-driven personality;

  • Excellent English skills.
