Assembly Operator

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling server racks and computer hardware components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment, lifting materials throughout the shift, and working both independently and within a team setting.

• →Open and unpack chassis and components for server assembly
• →Install and replace brackets, labels, rails, handles, switches, and other components
• →Integrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly line
• →Install small screws and hardware components with precision
• →Identify and label cables according to rack specifications
• →Install rails and assemble racks based on specifications
• →Package finished racks for shipment
• →Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
• →Assist with recycling and material handling as needed
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum of 6 months of assembly or related manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders when needed
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• High school diploma or GED required
