Forklift Operator

Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator II to join a busy warehouse and distribution team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating material handling equipment to move, store, stage, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse.

• →Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment according to company procedures.
• →Complete required pre-operation inspections before operating equipment.
• →Stack and store merchandise safely in designated rack locations.
• →Unload inbound shipments and transport products to assigned storage locations.
• →Pull, stage, and prepare products for outbound shipment.
• →Verify product type and quantities to ensure orders are loaded accurately.
• →Perform order picking accurately and efficiently.
• →Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers.
• →Use RF scanning equipment to accurately track inventory and product movement.
• →Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• →Maintain proper product rotation.

• Previous forklift and warehouse distribution experience required.
• 2+ years of forklift/warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to successfully qualify for and complete NFI forklift certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills; Excel experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
