Industrial Painter

Shift: All Shifts Available

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have metal painting experience and be skilled in paint preparation, mixing, and application using pressure pots and conventional spray equipment.

• →Prepare and mix paints according to specifications for color, texture, and consistency.
• →Apply paint using pressure pots and conventional spray equipment.
• →Perform metal surface preparation and finishing prior to painting.
• →Inspect and measure paint thickness to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Safely handle, store, and maintain paint, chemicals, and supplies.
• →Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed to support production.
• →Follow all department safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• →Assist other team members as needed to maintain efficient production.

• Required: Previous industrial/metal painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with spray painting and paint mixing is preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to safely use respirators, PPE, ladders, and spray equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and spraying from ladders.
