Maintenance Lab Technician

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Prattville, AL

We are hiring a Maintenance Lab Technician to support equipment maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or technical experience who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.

• →Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery
• →Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• →Test, inspect, and evaluate equipment and components
• →Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment
• →Assist with equipment repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
• →Maintain accurate records of maintenance and testing activities
• →Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• →Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• →Work with team members to identify and resolve equipment issues
• →Perform other maintenance and technical duties as needed

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or technical experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment issues
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift

• $20.00/hour
• 1st shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Consistent daytime schedule
