We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our Service Delivery team. This role is responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial and critical-environment HVAC systems supporting cleanrooms, laboratories, healthcare, and other high-impact environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on mechanical expert who can independently diagnose complex HVAC issues, work with controls and building management systems, and communicate professionally with customers. Timely response, quality workmanship, and reliable problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • →Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and critical-environment HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
  • →Perform advanced mechanical diagnostics, identify root causes, and complete high-quality repairs.
  • →Troubleshoot HVAC systems using field data, system readings, and information provided by other technicians or customers.
  • →Work with HVAC controls and building management systems to diagnose equipment and system issues.
  • →Serve as a professional, client-facing technical resource and clearly communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations.
  • →Respond to service calls, including time-sensitive and after-hours requests as needed.
  • →Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure work meets applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • →Collaborate with controls technicians, service leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • →Stay current with HVAC technology, cleanroom standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/refrigeration trade school or associate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial or critical-environment HVAC systems.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with HVAC controls and building management systems.
  • EPA Section 608 certification preferred; Universal certification highly preferred.
  • Experience in cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare, or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on rooftops, ladders, stairs, mechanical rooms, and occasionally confined or elevated spaces.
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work in varying environmental conditions.
