Steel Processing Machine Operator

• →Operate and monitor a metal stamping/blanking machine.
• →Use an overhead crane to position steel coils into the machine.
• →Program the machine to process and stamp metal into the required shapes and sizes.
• →Monitor production to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• →Prepare finished material for shipment to an automotive manufacturing facility.

• Operate and monitor a steel coil slitting machine.
• Use an overhead crane to position steel coils into the machine.
• Program the machine to cut large coils into smaller coils according to specifications.
• Inspect finished material for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare processed coils for shipment to automotive manufacturing facilities throughout the United States.

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or metal processing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn machine controls and programming procedures.
• Comfortable working around large machinery and steel materials.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift after training.
• Ability to work overtime or schedule changes as business needs require.
