Welder

We are seeking dependable Full-Time Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Scottsboro, Alabama. Whether you're an experienced MIG welder or have basic welding knowledge and are looking to grow your skills, we'd love to hear from you!

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour
• Performance raises every 6 months

• Monday–Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• →Perform MIG welding and fabrication on steel components.
• →Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints as needed.
• →Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• →Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• →Follow all company safety procedures.

• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Basic welding knowledge is welcome.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
