The Practice Supervisor supervises and coordinates daily office operations for the Clinic/Office. Assists with the collection, validation, and reporting of data from information systems. Coordinates, supervises and directs daily activities including scheduling, communication with clinics, referral management, authorizations, insurance verifications and call management. Serves as a resource to staff, team leader, trainer (as required), provides education, develops step actions, standards of performance, and monitors and reinforces. Constantly looks for ways to improve individual and department productivity and performance. The Practice Supervisor will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital, patients, and employees as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Knowledge of professional standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
- Minimum 3 years in medical office experience required.
- CMA or LPN license required
