RN Circulator

• →Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies
• →Monitor the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment
• →Assist in positioning the patient safely before the surgery
• →Verify patient information and surgical site before the procedure begins
• →Document all aspects of the surgical procedure in the patient’s chart
• →Coordinate with anesthesia providers to ensure patient safety
• →Manage the flow of the operating room and anticipate the surgical team’s needs
• →Handle specimens taken during surgery and ensure proper labeling and documentation

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience in operating room or surgical nursing preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with regional and general anesthesia techniques
• Adherence to hospital policies and procedures
