3+ years of applicable experience in customer success, support, sales or account management. SaaS experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be able to work independently and on a team
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Adaptable to new features and releases in software
Strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills.
Masterful rapport building with clients in establishing strong long-lasting relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to pass a background check
