Requirements

• Good knowledge of CQC’s Regulatory Framework and obligations under the Care Act
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Competent IT and electronic record keeping skills
• Flexible approach to the requirements of a 24hr service. Shift working required 7am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Ability to lead by example and develop the team
• A positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
• Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or willingness to work towards is desirable but not essential)
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
