Lead Software Developer

We’re hiring a Lead Software Developer (internally titled 'Senior Software Developer, Group Lead') to guide a team building clinical trial software that prioritizes patient safety and the integrity of study data. In this role, you will manage a small group of developers, coordinate delivery, and serve as the point of contact for development requests—while staying hands‑on across design, coding, testing, and deployments.

We’re looking for a candidate that has a strong backend experience in C#/.NET and SQL, and demonstrated technical leadership. This remote-first role collaborates globally, specifically with our teams in Europe. Therefore, candidates that are based on the US East Coast are preferred.
