Swan is Europe’s embedded banking specialist. We empower software companies to embed banking features like accounts, cards, and payments directly into their products, under their own brand.Swan processes over €1.5 billion in monthly transactions for more than 150 companies—like Pennylane, Indy, Agicap, Libeo, and Lucca. Founded in 2019, the company has received growth capital from leading investors such as Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Bpifrance and Eight Roads. Swan is a principal member of Mastercard and a licensed financial institution, regulated by the French banking authority (ACPR).

Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.

But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.

It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

Swan is looking for a Product Integration Manager to join its team. You will join our Product teams and work closely with the Account Management and Sales teams.

As a Product Integration Manager, you will be the bridge between our product, engineering, and partner teams. You'll guide new clients through technical onboarding and integration, ensuring they get the most out of our APIs and platform. Your goal: ensure partners go live fast, have a frictionless experience, and stay successful over time.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners during onboarding and integration.

  • Guide clients through the continuous implementation of our API-based BaaS platform (cards, accounts, payments, compliance features).

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear integration paths and help partners build optimal solutions using market knowledge and best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to go-live.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation, SDKs, and developer experience.

  • Collect and relay partner feedback to inform product roadmap and improve future integrations.

  • Respond to functional and technical questions from partners by understanding their context and needs.

  • Occasionally assist in pre-sales technical discussions or solution scoping.

Your team

You'll join our Product team, a dynamic group of product managers, designers, and technical experts who shape Swan's Banking-as-a-Service platform. The Product team works at the intersection of innovation and execution, ensuring our platform meets both technical requirements and user needs.

Working closely with Product Managers, you'll help bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and partner requirements. You'll also collaborate regularly with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless partner experiences from initial contact through successful integration.

At Swan, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment where team members can grow, learn, and make a real impact on the future of embedded finance.

Nice to Have

You’re a great match if:

  • 3–6 years experience in technical onboarding, solutions engineering, product integration, or similar roles in a fintech, BaaS, payments, or API-first company.

  • Experience working with clients in highly regulated industries (banking, payments, fintech).

  • Fluent in French and English : you are comfortable leading technical discussions and writing in both languages.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts from developers to C-levels.

  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and developer tools; you don’t need to code, but you can read and explain JSON, HTTP responses, etc.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and a natural problem solver.

  • Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.

It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌

Swan is committed to providing a caring work environment for all employees, regardless of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.

When it comes to recruitment, we’re interested in your work experience, skills, and overall personality. Because diversity makes the workplace stronger and is necessary for Swan’s success, we are intensifying efforts to incorporate concrete actions to help us improve in this area.

What We Offer

Swan’s core values guide our actions daily. Individually, they may seem obvious, but together, they form a unique culture.

Simplicity: Leonardo Da Vinci said: “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” If something's convoluted or confusing, we work extra hard to break it down. - Making complex things simple is what we do.

Long Term: We always play the long game, whether it's to support our partners in their growth journey, or make tangible commitments to climate action.

Excellence: We are a team of experts who consistently go all out to create pixel-perfect banking services and exceed our partners' expectations— whatever it takes.

Be Human: We believe in the power of kindness and the importance of acting with integrity. But embracing our humanity extends beyond interpersonal interactions, it means caring about greater issues that affect our planet.

You can find out more about our culture.
