• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces. 
• Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.

Work Environment: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds.
