Aspirations of entering the plumbing trade (or a similar skilled trade)
Clean driving record (no negative points; positive points only)
Preferably 21 years of age or older
Ambitious with strong initiative—able to take ownership of tasks and daily operations
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attendance and time management skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willing to go above and beyond by learning new skills outside their core responsibilities
Open to cross-training on the dispatch desk
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
