Advocate for member needs at every stage of product development;
Conduct research and analyze competitors to uncover insights and opportunities;

Turn requirements into intuitive, visually engaging, and emotionally resonant experiences;
Work in fast, iterative cycles to improve usability and drive retention;
Validate and refine designs through user testing, data, research, and feedback loops;
Partner closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams;
Present design rationales and research findings with clarity and influence;
Ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and uphold quality in execution.
A genuine passion for creating products that meaningfully improve people’s health and quality of life;
A strong portfolio demonstrating an end-to-end user-centered design process, great examples of brand application on product and micro-interaction sensitivity;
5+ years of product design experience, ideally within healthcare, technology, or other complex problem spaces;
Expert-level Figma and agile prototyping skills with strong ability to rapidly iterate on ideas, supporting fast-paced experimentation and decision-making;
Experience designing for native mobile apps and direct-to-consumer (B2C and D2C) experiences;
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing, translating insights into impactful design decisions;
A solid understanding of design systems and how to scale consistent, high-quality experiences;
A thoughtful approach to using AI in the design process, knowing when it accelerates your work and when human judgment matters most;
Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
Experience designing AI-powered product experiences, with an understanding of how to balance human and AI interactions to drive better outcomes;
Experience in motion design, particularly with tools like Rive, is a strong plus.
